The Intelligent Scheduler is an AI-powered tool designed to help you send your campaigns at the most effective times to maximize engagement.
How it Works
Instead of guessing the best time to send a campaign, the scheduler analyzes several factors to provide data-driven suggestions:
- Historical Campaign Data: It looks at your past campaigns to see which send times resulted in the highest open and click-through rates.
- User Behavior Patterns: It can analyze (anonymized) data about when your audience is most active on WhatsApp.
- Message Content: The AI considers the type of message you're sending. A promotional offer might perform better on a weekend, while a business update might be best on a weekday morning.

Using the Scheduler
- Open the Scheduler: In the campaign creation form, within the "Scheduling" section, you'll find a button to launch the Intelligent Scheduler.
- Provide Context:
- Message Content Overview: Briefly describe your message (e.g., "Weekend flash sale," "Weekly newsletter," "Important account update"). This is the most crucial piece of information for the AI.
- Historical & User Data (Optional): For even more accurate predictions, you can paste in anonymized data from your past marketing efforts. The more data you provide, the better the suggestions will be.
- Get Suggestions: Click "Get Optimal Times". The AI will process the information and return a list of suggested times.
- Review and Apply:
- Reasoning: The AI will provide a short explanation for its suggestions.
- Apply a Suggestion: If you like one of the suggested times, simply click the "Select" button next to it. The campaign's schedule will be automatically updated to that time.

The Intelligent Scheduler is a tool to guide your decisions. You can always override the suggestions and choose a manual time if you prefer.
